The food was delicious and varied, there was always something new to try. The location of the hotel was amazing, with stunning views all around. The guided walking tours offered were a great way to explore the surroundings.
The room was quite outdated and not very clean, there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The staff seemed overworked and not very friendly or accommodating.

Great place for a ski vacation with family. Rooms are newly renovated, food and wine list are superb, and the pool and spa area are top-notch. the service is impeccable, they fulfill extra wishes diligently. the ski region is connected to a large ski area, making it one of Europe's largest.
The rooms can be disappointing, especially if not renovated. the beds are hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows provided are not comfortable either.
